Tell us what's missing.

Modus is the work of a small team that uses it every day. The fastest way to make it better is to hear from the people doing the work it's for. Every email lands in a real inbox we read.

What helps us most.

You don't need to format anything or be polite. A short email is fine. If you have time, three lines go a long way:

  1. 1What you were trying to do.“Send a quote to a contact who's not yet in Modus.” Beats a generic “the quotes screen is bad.”
  2. 2What you expected to happen. Even if it turns out you missed a setting, knowing what you expected tells us where the app failed to be obvious.
  3. 3What actually happened. A screenshot, a one- sentence description, or a paste of an error message — any of these are useful.

Bug reports, missing features, things you wish were there, things you wish were gone — all welcome. We'll write back.
